“You can tell by the photos that Simco’s is old.  They’re a landmark in Mattapan on Blue Hill Ave, which is one of the main drags in the hood in Boston.  Mattapan is a neighborhood of Boston.  Simco does hot dogs in a classic New England style, which means long skinny dogs and toasted buns brushed with just a little butter.  The dog you’ll get (they have all sorts of stuff at Simco, but you go for dogs) is a chili cheese dog.  Orange American cheese melted in between the dog and the bun, just like it should be.  While in the neighborhood, look around and see some hidden classic Boston graffiti, like tags from Cousin CASH, TINT, KWEST, ZONE, and a still riding piece by TEAZ, Rest in Peace, or visit the Tea House of the Almighty across the Ave.  I have no idea what they do there, but they are there.”
